Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
1. Services
Mystique Studios provides creative, branding, marketing, graphic-design, web-design, digital-content, and related services as described in individual proposals.
2. Quotes
Website prices are starting estimates and do not constitute final pricing. Final scope, deliverables, price, and timeline are determined through the client's proposal.
3. Consultations
Consultations are $50 for up to 60 minutes. Time beyond 60 minutes is charged at $2 per additional minute unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment
Payment requirements are outlined in each accepted proposal. Mystique Studios may withhold final files, unwatermarked creative work, completed websites, credentials, transferable assets, or other final deliverables until required payment has been confirmed.
5. Watermarked Previews
Work shared before required payment may contain a Mystique Studios watermark or other protective markings. Watermarked drafts are for client review only. Clients may not remove, obscure, crop out, reproduce, publish, distribute, or use watermarked previews as final deliverables without authorization.
6. Final Delivery
Final unwatermarked deliverables will not be released until required payment is confirmed.
7. Final Sales
ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the completed product or final deliverable has been distributed, transferred, downloaded, delivered, or launched. Any refund or cancellation issue occurring before final delivery will be evaluated according to the individual project agreement, work already completed, and payments already made.
8. Revisions
Unless a proposal specifically states otherwise, each purchased project includes TWO revision rounds. Additional revisions may require additional payment. The price of additional revisions depends on the type and extent of the requested changes. Mystique Studios will communicate applicable additional charges before completing billable revisions. A revision does not automatically include a complete redesign or change of originally approved project scope. Major scope changes may require a new quote.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, providing requested content and files, reviewing spelling, contact information, prices, names and factual information, responding in a reasonably timely manner, and confirming they have permission to use content and assets they provide.
10. Copyright / Client-Provided Content
Clients represent that they have the legal right to supply logos, photographs, music, video, text, trademarks, graphics, or other content submitted to Mystique Studios. Mystique Studios is not responsible for unauthorized client-provided materials.
11. Final Design Rights
Rights to completed creative work are determined by the client's individual proposal and applicable licenses. Third-party fonts, templates, stock media, software, music, plugins, and other licensed assets may remain subject to their original license terms.
12. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mystique Studios may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, social media, or marketing materials after public release. An option is available for clients to request confidentiality where appropriate.
13. Project Timelines
Completion dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing. Delays in receiving client materials, approvals, feedback, or payment may change the delivery timeline.
14. Third-Party Costs
Unless specifically included in a proposal, pricing does not automatically include printing, shipping, manufacturing, web hosting, domains, premium software, paid advertising, stock assets, premium fonts, platform fees, or third-party subscriptions.
15. Website Projects
Website functionality may depend on external services, hosting companies, domains, APIs, plugins, or platforms outside Mystique Studios' control.
16. Price Negotiation
Clients are permitted one price negotiation request per project before accepting the applicable proposal and before making payment. Submitting a negotiation request does not guarantee that Mystique Studios will accept the client's proposed price. Mystique Studios may accept the requested price, decline the request, or provide a counteroffer. Once a proposal or counteroffer is accepted, or any payment has been made toward the project, the project's price is considered accepted and further price negotiation is not permitted unless Mystique Studios voluntarily agrees otherwise in writing. Changes to project scope after acceptance may result in additional charges and are not considered price renegotiation.
17. Printing, Merchandise & Physical Production
Mystique Studios may arrange print-on-demand, printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment services for eligible products. Production pricing may vary based on product type, quantity, dimensions, material, finish, color, customization, production provider, and other specifications. Production charges and shipping charges will be disclosed in the applicable proposal before client acceptance. Mystique Studios may use third-party printers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers to complete physical orders. Final appearance may contain minor variations caused by printing methods, screen-to-print color differences, materials, manufacturing tolerances, or other normal production factors.
18. Shipping
Shipping charges for physical products will be included in the client's proposal based on the applicable order and available shipping information. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production providers, shipping carriers, weather, supply issues, or other circumstances outside Mystique Studios' direct control. Clients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before production is ordered. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the client may be charged to the client.
19. Production Approval
Before custom physical products are submitted to production, the client will be provided an opportunity to review and approve the final production proof. The client is responsible for carefully reviewing names, spelling, contact details, sizing, quantity, colors, layout, and other project information before approving the proof. Once a client approves a production proof and the order has been submitted to production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If a client requests a change after production has begun, additional production and shipping charges may apply.
20. Project Abandonment / Inactivity
Mystique Studios reserves the right to define a reasonable inactivity policy. Mystique Studios will not automatically terminate client projects without Admin action.
21. Acceptance
Acceptance of a proposal or purchase of services indicates agreement to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
